Urgent Issue with Apple ID and Snapchat+ Subscription

I am writing to report a critical problem with my Apple ID and a Snapchat+ subscription purchase. I received an error message stating that my Apple ID was previously used for a different Snapchat user’s subscription, which is no longer active as that account has been deleted.


This issue prevents me from accessing the Snapchat+ subscription I paid for. I urgently request your assistance in resolving this matter, as it affects my ability to use a service I have purchased.
