Recovery assistant not working and I can’t get into my MacBook

i can’t not log into my MacBook, I haven’t changed my password , but it’s not recognising my password

I am trying to go through the recovery assistant , which is fine , but I can’t get through the t&c’s page, as the agree arrow is greyed out, I have gone through all the t&c’s and there is no where that I can agree to them, pretty desperate situation right now ,
