My new iPhone 15 pro max will not pair with my 3M worktunes headphones. The iPhone will pair with my car and air pods fine. I’ve turned on headphones, hit the button twice. Headphones says pairing but the headphones never pop up on iPhone. The iPhone icon circle just keeps spinning. Headphones are charged up and close by.

(New iPhone 15) I tried the double tap to get in pairing mode. Got in pairing mode, but iPhone couldn't find it. After reading your reply I tried holding the button once I was in pairing mode and it finally showed up! (The headphones did power off about the same time, but I turned them back on and was able to just tap "connect". Thanks! I use them when I mow the lawn and was dreading not having them.

Double tap didn’t work but pressing and holding the function did
What did 3M say when you contacted them for support?
Done that and all I get is the spinning wheel of death until the headphones give up and power off. This seems to be an Apple problem that they refuse to recognize. Apple's motto used to be, "It just works!" No longer! Thanks, Tim for another expensive Apple POS.
Once you turn on the headphones, double tap power button on headphones, and iPhone sees and pairs it.

Unfortunately, my iPhone 15 doesn’t even see it. Yes, the headphones are in pairing mode.
