iPhone 15 won't allow incoming calls to ring through

My iPhone 15 Pro won't ring when receiving calls. Ring tone is turned on; volume is on high; Do Not Disturb is off; Silence Unknown Callers is off. I rebooted the phone. Still no ringing. This is a new problem. I've had the phone for six months without a problem with ringtone not working until yesterday. I didn't drop the phone. iOS 17.4.1. Is it the latest update? I'm stumped.

Where do I find Silence Unknown Callers?

Turn off the Attention aware features under Face ID and Passcode. That will fix it.

I turned off “block unknown callers” and it still doesn’t always ring. Is there another solution??

Turning off WiFi phone allowed my phone to ring with incoming calls. Problem solved. Thank you lakehuron18. Apple needs to fix this bug.

I spent a lot of time on the phone with Apple Support. We did not find a problem in the phone or setting. Ultimately, following the disconnect the wifi calling thread, we determined that one of my wifi routers (a Netgear Nighthawk) was not playing nice. Changing to a different wifi router (the one provided by xfinity) fixed the problem. Today, I missed a call again (no ring, straight to voice mail), and found that the phone had connected to the NetGear again. Maybe this info will help others.
