iPhone 15 won't allow incoming calls to ring through

I bought a new iPhone 15 a couple weeks ago and was wondering why I wasn't getting any phone calls. I discovered that the phone isn't ringing when I receive a call. It's not on mute, and I have the ringer volume turned up. I AM confused about this new Focus > Do Not Disturb function, though. I have it set to "None Silenced" for both People and Apps, but it was just a guess as to how to set it up.

I am getting an alert after the caller leaves a voicemail, but no ringtone for the call.

Is there anything else I should be checking as to why this is happening?

Thanks,

Lloyd

I spent a lot of time on the phone with Apple Support. We did not find a problem in the phone or setting. Ultimately, following the disconnect the wifi calling thread, we determined that one of my wifi routers (a Netgear Nighthawk) was not playing nice. Changing to a different wifi router (the one provided by xfinity) fixed the problem. Today, I missed a call again (no ring, straight to voice mail), and found that the phone had connected to the NetGear again. Maybe this info will help others.
