I can’t receive text notifications on my iPhone 15 Pro

Have you opened the Apple Watch App (on your iPhone) > Notifications and made sure you've configured all the notifications to be what you want for each option?

How do I make my iPhone 15 notify me when I receive text messages??

iPhone 15 text notifications are not sounding or visible after the last update. I checked all my settings and nothing I can see would cause this.
