ADDING COLOR to Document and File names

In recent Mac OS's, Apple has done away with the ability to add color to a File or Document (see below.)

This color coding provided QUICK visual access to locate and/or organize files and documents. Now, Mac users only have the ability to add color to folders. MAC, please bring back this very useful option!!!
