Frustrating issues with Apple products

Hi, I have recently switched to Apple products, from Android, Garmin and PC to iPad, MacBook Air, iPhone and Apple Watch Ultra. I have these issues with these products:

1- I cannot disable the keyboard for cleaning, I cannot make the computer not to start when I manually shut it down and open the lid so that I can clean it from the tons of fingerprint every now and then. Why would I shutdown the computer if I didn't want it to sty that way until I again start it again?! Otherwise, I love MacBook.

2- My Apple Watch Ultra has a couple of issues:

a) it doesn't download Music and Podcasts without it being connected to the charger. How can I stop this annoying and rather silly feature?

b) the Watch goes crazy in rainy days and long, slightly wet sleeves, things open and close by themselves, wasn't this watch supposed to be working in wet conditions?

c) I don't get any explanations of the sleep data from the Health app, is there any settings to enable some useful info about the sleep quality? If no, then what am I gonna do with the data?! My Garmin watch fully explains the data.

d) the watch does remind me of workouts, but only when I've almost finished them. How can one make the watch record automatically without me taking off my gloves, start or stop a workout, especially when one cycle, walk, and cycle again? My Garmin watch does that all automatically.

Thank you!

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 14.1
