Why isn't it possible to select more than one recording in Voice Memos?

I can't believe Voice Memos doesn't have this rudimentary functionality!

Voice Memos desperately needs these capabilities:

1. Allow selection of multiple recordings with Shift and Command keys.

2. Allow exportation of selected recording(s) as a zip file.

3. Allow batch deletion of multiple recordings.

4. Allow "Save As" functionality of recording(s).

5. Clearly show where the recordings are saved in the Finder without burying them six layers deep in hidden folders. The user's Music folder makes sense.

6. Add the date to the beginning of the filename string (as it currently does), but ALSO add/preserve the filenames given by the user.

Apple really dropped the ball with Voice Memos. Instead of being user-friendly, Voice Memos is user-hostile. Yes, I submitted a feature request.

Anybody know of a better audio recording application that actually does these basic things?
