I'm unable to tap into some app-specific apps in Settings?

I turned off some settings to protect my phone if it got stolen. Did it after watching some stupid reel. Now I can't click on the settings for Facetime or on the icloud main profile in my settings. I don't remember how I did this and so therefore I cannot undo it. Can someone help?

You probably modified some settings in Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions. To test that theory, turn off "Content & Privacy Restrictions" in Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions.
