I can’t find my e sim on my cellular

What’s the model number in Settings>General>About>Model Number?

Devices sold in China do not have an eSIM at all. They take 2 physical SIM cards.

Was this right after installing the software update? Mine updated last night and I have had the same issue. I had to hard reset, remove the SIM card (not e-sim) and hard reset again. Seems ok now, but who knows.

Was it there and suddenly gone? Or do you not know where to look for it? In settings look under General and About.
