Instagram app loading but not working on iPhone

My instagram won’t let me login to any accounts at all, I’ve reset I’m phone, & deleted then downloaded instagram back & i don’t know if there’s a fix. Everytime I try to login it says “there was a problem with your request” but I can login to the same accounts on other devices

HAVING THE EXACT SAME PROBLEM. I can long in on a computer, just not my iPhone - so I know it's not an issue with my Instagram account. I have deleted Insta and FB apps and reinstalled. Updated my ios. etc etc. Same issue logging in!!! Please let me know if you find a solution

I've been having this issue but only with my chats. I get the notification and i launch the app and my history is not showing and the chats just spin (if i look on the web or even mobile browser they are there and work fine)

The issue is with Instagram. The app has had problems for weeks. Apple can't do anything about it. Contact Instagram/Meta support.

how do i fix my instagram i have done everything I updated, deleted the app about 10 times, it lets me log into it on safari but not the app???? it says “ sorry there was a problem with your request “ somebody please help

Was there a resolve? I have this problem also. It logged me out on my iPhone 14 app and I cannot get back in. Beyond frustrated.

• rebooted
• deleted Facebook and Instagram
• updated phone
• took of vpn

Did you manage to fix it? I have the samw problem since this monday, the app had a new version so I log out from ALL my accounts by mistake, none of them let me in, but the problem are not the accounts (beacuae they work perfectly on another iphone) the problem is like a bug on the app that keeps showing the “error” message, pleaseeeee let me know if you were able to fix it

I’m having a lot of the same issues. I can login, but nothing will load. Yet I can login from a computer and see everything. I’ve deleted and added the app back with no luck. My phone is up to date as well so not sure if it’s IG or Apple’s issue anymore.

I’m having a similar issue. I can login via the app but I can’t see my feed or the explore page. However, if I log in on a computer both work fine. I’ve uninstalled and installed it so many times and it just doesn’t work. Because I can log in from a computer I know it’s an app issue but there’s no real way to contact Instagram about it.

Two weeks ago I got booted off my Instagram app. I was able to go in with my second profile but haven’t been able to log in with my main profile. I e had to use the Instagram website via my phone but have yet to be able to use the app. I have tried deleting it and reloading it. I’ve tried logging out and changing my passwords. I can still only get into the second profile I rarely use and am unable to log into my main one. I have no idea why?? Any reasons?

You will need to contact Instagram/Meta support for this issue.

I have the iPhone 15 pro max and after i updated my phone i have not been able to login to instagram i try to put my email in and once i get to the number part it glitches or won’t let me even click on the number to input it in … everyone been saying delete it and reinstall it didn’t work Tried on website works fine

I was using the Instagram app back in March 2024. It just shut down and asked me to login. But it won’t accept my credentials ever since. However, I can log into Instagram on my Windows Laptop, Samsung tablet and on my phone via Safari. Just the Instagram app that will not work on my iPhone 15 Pro Max.
