How to get StandBy features on iPhone 11

What do I have to do to get StandBy features on iPhone 11? I have tried a lot of different things but nothing seems to work.

iPhone 11, iOS 17

This is not true, you can use any type of charger as long as phone is tilted up and on landscape mode.

Make sure it's up to date. Place it in standby, place it horizontally on an upright mag-safe or qi charger. Should kick in automatically.

If it doesn't, go into Settings>StandBy and make sure it's enabled.

Thanks. It's up-to-date and Standby is on. I am charging with an Apple charger and the phone is in a landscape position. However, nothing is happening.
