Sharing contact details by accident

I was trying to send a contact number to wife and it copied all 600 customers details I need to know how to delete them with out doing one at a time

What contact information does a person see when you call them? Hello, I have an ipone14 Pro running iOS 17.4.1 My contact card has emails and my address, etc. that I don't want shared. I know I can click off what I don't want shared when I share my contact directly but my question is... if I call someone and they don't have my info and they want to save it, what info do they have? Just my name, photo and number? Do they have access to any other information? I only want them to see what I enable. Thank you!

You can do it through the web.

When you add and enable the Contacts feature on your iPhone, it provides you with the ability to sync your contacts with a specific email account. This email account can be from various providers such as Google, iCloud, AOL, Exchange, Outlook, Yahoo or any Other email client server that supports contact synchronization.
