Jpeg file in Login items not opening at log in, returns error message.

I have a jpeg file from a screenshot that I have made and entered in "Open at Login" This file will not open and returns the following message "The file "xxx.jpg couldn't' be opened because you don't have permission to view it. To view or change permissions, ..etc."

The permissions for this file are set to Read & Write for me(the administrator), and everyone.

If I am missing something please enlighten me.

All other files in Open at Login work correctly.
