I updated to 17.1.1 and my volume was fine before I did the update. Both bottom speaker and top speak worked like a charm. Did the update and everything cut out for the bottom speaker. Went to an Apple Store to do the diagnostics on it there is nothing wrong with the hardware. Apple please fix the issue with your software I’m not the only one who is having an issue. Iphone is iPhone 11 Pro just haven’t updated it on my login here.

17.1.2 12-ProMax - Phone Volume issues can barely hear callers voices, issues happened after the 17.1.1 software update.
Apple please correct cannot hear callers with the phone volume set at Max level in quiet and and public background noise areas.
My Apple AirPlay volume had been dramatically reduced after this update. Super annoying. Hopefully they will fix this soon.
It starts at a relatively normal volume but immediately goes lower. If you're old enough (cough, cough), it really sucks because hearing is hard enough!

Go to music in settings and un-toggle sound check.

Apple fix your issues, for a premium product this is not acceptable. Cannot hear the caller and if not fixed soonest I will move to Android

I have 3 phones and now all bottom speakers are cracking. I sure don’t feel like I should have to go to the store since this happened after the iOS update get it fixed Apple.
