I updated to 17.1.1 and my volume was fine before I did the update. Both bottom speaker and top speak worked like a charm. Did the update and everything cut out for the bottom speaker. Went to an Apple Store to do the diagnostics on it there is nothing wrong with the hardware. Apple please fix the issue with your software I’m not the only one who is having an issue. Iphone is iPhone 11 Pro just haven’t updated it on my login here.

After updating my iPhone 12 Pro Max to the latest IOS update 17.4.1 my iPhone volume became low all of a sudden and the volume was working properly before I updated the IOS
I am also using iPhone 11 and same issue after update. I can barely hear any sound from my top as well as bottom speakers.
There’s absolutely no question that this is Done intentional when you upgrade system in the phone so that it causes problems and you must purchase a new one
