"Source-Connect Pro" app only works on a new user on my iMac

One of my applications cannot be started under my normal user account. If I set up a new user account, the app works fine. Is there a way to find out why an app cannot start? Or can I transfer the corresponding settings of the new user account to my main account so that the app also starts there?
