I have an iPhone 13 and my boyfriend has an android. I can call him and text him anytime I want to but he can not call me or text me at all. And I don’t have him blocked

Why this my be Occurring…
Either (A.)he doesn’t have this service, or (B.)he has something not permitting this.
With respect to what is listed above…
A. Contact your Carrier: Each of you should contact your Carrier, asking why this may be occurring, and if such services are being paid for in your Cellular or phone plan. International calling is a service —not a right.
B. Disable Screen Time:
Screen Time may be disallowing this. So, see if you both need to disable Screen Time to make this occur.

Does he have services to call you from within this United States of America? International calling is a service of Cellular. Perhaps he has no service at the moment? Or, perhaps, he does not have the service to make such a call?
