My iPhone battery health went to 86%

Hello, my battery health of iPhone 14 Pro Max went to 86% after about a year usage. I charge my phone when it comes to near 20 and then unplug it when it is 80% . I play game one game (PUBG). I checked the battery cycle count using one shortcut and it showed 405 cycles. Also, out of the box the iPhone came with iOS 16. something and after that I've updated to iOS 17 for 3 different updates.Should I be worried?

No, that is normal.

It is expected that your Battery Health will drop 1-2% per month of use, and Apple will replace your battery for free under warranty if it falls below 80% within one year of purchase.

Since yours is at 86%, that sounds about right.

1-2% per month is absolutely NOT normal. The 14 series’ batteries are either defective, or the thermal design within the phone pushes more heat around the battery during fast charging/ usage. Stop spreading misinformation on behalf of this company.

My apple care + is over I took the phone on November 16th ,2022 and plan was one year. Still can i replace the battery for free ?
