My Roku worked great to watch 1 show. Now it is telling me it can’t load video. It seems to be able to load trailers and ads for other shows, but when an episode or movie is loading - get grey screen TRY AGAIN later.
I have uninstalled/reinstalled the Apple+ app.
I am trying NOT to factory reset my ROKU stuck cuz all the other apps work perfectly and would take forever to reload/sign in for them all.

Another user (mygreensocks) suggested this procedure from Roku Support staff, which reportedly helped several users.
1. Remove the Apple TV app,
2. Shut off and unplug the TV (or streaming device),
3. Wait 30 seconds,
4. Plug the TV (or streaming device) back in,
5. Reload the Apple TV app.
Else try the Network Connection Reset, as mentioned by user Jarieta.
If the issue persists after that, then please contact the Apple Support staff for further assistance.

just repeated these steps. Thank you. However, when I get to the sign in screen I get the circling flower of doom and it never progresses forward.
FYI Apple+ remains working great on my iPad.
