Brand new macbook air m1 has buzzing/crackling sound through speakers becomes unbearable during calls. Apple service provider has already changed speakers and audio board but still no change. Please help. I am so dissapointed that this is happening

I visited Apple apple service provider, submitted my device for two weeks and they called me to collect my device and said everything is fixed now. Went and found out that it still has the same problem. They were almost forcing me to take this device but I said no and called apple support. Submitted again and got a call from them 3 days later that now we have changed the speakers on this device. I collected and came back home. I am facing the same exact problem which I was facing 3 weeks ago when I bought this device. This is a brand new device and I spent almost 1000$ on it. I am from Pakistan where average monthly salary is 300 Dollars plus I am a student this was a big deal for me as I bought a new laptop for the first time in my life from my hard earned money. Apple support on call provides no solution at all and their service provider is literally scamming me. I was taking a meeting a little while ago the crackling and buzzing sound was so unbearable.

Somebody please help me what to do, I am genuinely very upset about this.

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 14.1

Your information is not correct, Apple has a authorised service provider in Pakistan.
You can check on Apple's website. I took it to them. FutureTech in Karachi was one of the authorised service providers. You can look them up on Apple's website.

... and I just did, and when entering FutureTech, in Karachi Pakistan, it resulted in no matches. Not sure what to tell you ... except to continue to work with Apple Support directly until you can get this resolved. Good luck!

*** UPDATE ***

Hmm, something that came to mind is that this issue could be due to bad electrical grounding. Have you tried using your laptop connected to a different wall outlet, or at a different location to see if that makes any difference?

... and therein lies the problem. Apple is not allowed to do business in your country. Nor do they have any official service centers there. That would mean any outfit, claiming they are an official Apple service center, are not.

Unfortunately, there is nothing anyone here (we are not Apple employees), not Apple can do to assist you with this matter. Sorry.

If you actually purchased this Mac, outside of Pakistan, and brought it into the country, you would have had to travel back to the country that you purchased it in for any repairs. Since you already had it "serviced" by a third-party, Apple will not touch it.
