Failed reboot
yesterday when I was on my phone it powered off (I assume it died) and it was stuck on the apple logo for about ten second,it would then go away for about 6 second, and then the process would repeat. Now all that is popping up is that I need to plug my iPhone to a computer, I attempted this 4 times last night, each time it said that there was an error (4013 I believe) and so I checked the Mac books that I was using for updates, updated it and then attempted the updating process of my phone one last time, however I was received the same results as before. I left it charging over night, now all that shows is that I need to plug my phone up to the computer. Last night I looked at what to do if the reboot wasn’t working and following those steps didn’t lead me to anymore success. The logo to charge my phone also never appeared. I want to turn my phone on without having to reset it to factory settings because it is not fully backed up to iCloud and I do not want to lose all of my information/data. I have the iPhone 11 Pro.
