i wanted to know: Can i order an apple iphone 13 mini with 1TB memory and, if possible, even smaller?

No, you can only order iPhone's with the capacities listed on Apple's online store. The iPhone 13 can be purchased with 128GB, 256GB or 512GB, not 1TB. See below:

Apple no longer sells the iPhone 13 mini on their website. It can be purchased from 3rd parties with these storage configurations:

128GB
256GB
512GB

I know it isn’t any more available and that it had never had an one terabyte memory, that is why I reqested it as an “custom iPhone”.
