Is this a scam?

I recently purchased a new iPhone online and have since received a few emails that I'm unsure of whether it is legit or not?

The first email I received was in regards to contacting them about my order. They had listed my order number and date the order had been made.(note: I currently don't have a phone connected to my number due to my current phone being broken. Hence the purchase of a new iPhone) I proceeded to respond to the email and all was ok.

The recent email I received however was a bit suspicious;

I will try to contact this number shortly however was just unsure if this whole email was a scam??
