Changes on timer after latest iOS update, can I revert them?

timer feature used to tell you at what time it would go off. Now it just tells you how long you set it for. Is there a way to fix this?

New timer is terrible! Countdown image is smaller. The larger one was way better. I don't need a panel that shows "Label - Timer. I know I am using the timer. I don't need to know my sound when the timer ends, nor do I need the screen mucked up with a bunch of "recents". Please give us the old timer!

I applaud this comment. The old timer was perfect. Why change what was working so well? I also have “set” my preference to “stop playing” when timer goes off. It bounces back to “radial” every time. If I’m not paying attention I’m wakened after I have just fallen into a deep sleep. Angered by the faulty code.

Whoever wrote the new code does not use the timer. This is clear.

PLEASE put previous version back into the iPhone software!!!!!
