Mac and iOS/iPadOS Apps cannot be transferred between devices. Where an App Developer has released versions of an App for both Mac and iPad, you simply need to download the corresponding App from the Apple App Store.

Some Apps may require that the App for each platform is purchased separately - while others may offer the App for multiple platforms for just a single payment. You should note that you'll need to be using the same AppleID with both devices.

If an App is available, you'll find it within the relevant App Store. You only have to look.

Many App Developers will clearly mention availability for each platform supported by their App. Where not mentioned within the App Store or the Developer's associated website, you might reasonably assume that an App might not be available for multiple platforms.
