iPhone Speakerphone Tries to Connect to MacBook

My iPhone (17.1.1) suggests my MacBook (Sonoma 14.1) as a speakerphone option while I'm driving 20+ miles from my MacBook. It's utterly annoying, given I have never wanted my MacBook to be an speakerphone option, I want to push the speakerphone button and get... you know, a speakerphone. I have turned off all x4 devices on the iPhone's 'Allow Calls on Other Devices' and turned off that function.

I am also signed out of Facetime on the MacBook, and have deselected all the Facetime options beforehand. When I do this, it will disable the speakerphone option of the MacBook for about a day, but it always comes back. I have even tried uninstalling Facetime on the MacBook, but it doesn't appear you can trash this application anymore. This is frustrating and a function that I can't believe anyone was asking for.
