Strange entries in app privacy report

When i open settings, privacy and security , app privacy report it shows some phone apps that i didnt use like; mail and photos, calendar, messages while i disnt use these things at this time, is it normal or is something wrong going on?

Settings > General > About view claims I have 97 apps, the list of apps in Settings only shows 94 apps installed? I was sent a strange link via text and opened it. I was redirected to instagram… but not immediately so im worried it loaded malware. Its not clear which apps are being counted in the “about” my phone section. iPhone or MacOS What would cause Instagram, Facebook and Google to mistake my iPhone 11 for a Mac computer? I’ve gotten notifications from all 3 at various times warning that I’ve logged in from a device I don’t normally use. I’ve had this phone for 4 months and have logged into all 3 of these apps or sites multiple times.
