Bluetooth not streaming music to headphones from iPhone 15Pro Max. Works fine with other iPhones and iPads

Using Bowers Wilkins PX headset (latest 1.17 firmware). Their apps see headphone and can configure the headphones e.g. set ANC settings!


No music from music apps - plays on iphone speakers - not on headphones. In settings/Bluetooth, it sees the headphones, says connected - but no little blue "i" icon next to it - unusual. Seems like their is a bug streaming.


Only issue with iphone 15 pro max. Non-issue with iPhone 12 Pro max, iPads or M2 MacBooks.

Getting Earpieces to Work:


I. Get the Correct Drivers:

Being roughly new iOS, the Manufacturer likely has yet to provide you with the drivers. So, contact the Manufacturer, askting for the correct drivers.


II. Troubleshooting iPhone Bluetooth:

A. Visit these Links:




B. Reset All Network Settings to Default:

Example of items that will be reset: (Wi-Fi Passwords, VPN Connections, etc)

  1. Go To: Settings
  2. Tap: General
  3. Tap: Reset
  4. Tap: Reset Network Settings.
  5. Enter: [Your Passcode
