Compatible cases for 2017 5th generation 9.7" iPad

I am trying to find a good sturdy iPad case for a friend's old iPad (2017 5th generation 9.7" model number MP2F2LL/A. I ordered one that did not fit, so I want to be absolutely sure before I order another one. But searching on the internet is proving to be extremely stressful! I keep finding cases describing the same iPad, except they show model numbers that begin with A, not M. How can I be certain?
