in store trade in

I recently did an apple trade in at the Apple Store but I am yet to receive the payment for my trade in. How long is usually supposed to take?

Phone trade in I purchased a new iPhone in Berlins Rosenthaler Strabe store on the 13 July and submitted my old phone for trade in on the 18th July to the same store. The assessed trade in has not been credited to my credit card as documented on my receipt. It should be credited but now? It’s been six days! I’m not happy that this has not occurred yet, payment taken out quickly, credit to same credit card should be undertaken in a timely manner too

When you do an in-store trade in an Apple Store the allowance for the trade in is deducted from the purchase price.
