Warning regarding Warranty Repair for Beats

i I attempted to submit my Beats Studio Buds for repair, repair ID D601957140. The set I got back was a replacement but keep making a chirping noise and do not pair to my phone. I have even gone to the store and they have attempted to pair it to other devices and no luck. Apple’s service for this warranty is disappointing. I turned in headphones that had a crackling noise and get back a pair that don’t pair at all and just chirp in the case all day. I have made attempts to send in the buds for repair three times now and they keep stating they are not able to replicate this issue. An easy fix would be to return a new pair.
