"unknown application" appeared on 2 iPhone SE
1: unknown application appeared on 2 iPhone SE
on 2023/12/07, "unknown application" appeared on my IPHONE SE(shown as attachment 1) which is barely used and under following conditions:
1)I heard some noises when I first talked to the other person over the phone, a few minutes later, "unknown application" appeared
2)no additional app is downed;
2)wi-fi and cellar data are both off at that particular moment
3)wi-fi calling for phone is off
4)screen time: downtime is on, so " phone " is the only allowed app.
5)was on the phone with others and the phone didn't disconnected.
6)apple ID is not signed in
similar situation happed on 2023/01/07(shown as attachment 2) which is all barely used and under similar conditions except the followings:
1)phone was disconnected when "unknown application" appeared, and I could not answered the phone while the other people(apple technical support from Singapore) tried to called me again. I can see her calling, but my phone seemed hacked and couldn't pick up the phone.
Both iPhone were purchased from apple authorized retailer directly.
2) Apple Case #: 101906160694
when I talked to apple technical support from Singapore on 2023/1/7 and unknown application appear on phone screen(see attachment 2) and phone disconnected. This lady tried to reached me again, but I could not answer the phone which was hacked. Therefore, she opened a case #101906160694, which disappeared. It is strange because after 2023/1/7, I called technical support two more time to ask to leave a message to that particular lady and these two technical support from China said they have left the message to her. However, later on I checked again, all the data related to this case number disappeared, like it never exited. It is very unusual because this lady is only person who can prove the above abnormal situation of my iPhone on 2023/1/7.
My question is where is the server which stored all datas of our calls and emails, Taiwan, China, Singapore??? I need to gather more info to investigate these incidents because problems are not solved by just changing new iPhones.
