How to stop Emergency SOS from appearing

I searched and didn't find anything recently to what I'm trying to accomplish. I tend to hold my phone tight because I'm clumsy and I have some numbness in my hands. I'm tired of the emergency SOS screen popping up which then requires me to cancel it and then enter my passcode to unlock the phone, this happens throughout the day and I want to have that feature turned off. I have the other settings turned off but I guess by pressing the side buttons you still have to deal with the pop-up screen for emergency SOS. I have the iPhone 15 Pro Max with the latest updates.

Go to settings, emergency sos, and turn off the hold and release and the five presses options. You will still have emergency sos, but it won't do the countdown when you hold the buttons.

Thank you. As I mentioned in my post, I did those settings changes already, but having the emergency SOS screen pop up several times a day for me to have to escape out of and then re-enter my passcode to unlock my phone is a pain. I guess I need to change my passcode down to something shorter so it's not as hard for me to type in a combination of numbers and letters to unlock the phone
