If Face ID isn't working for you, there is most likely something wrong with your TrueDepth camera. First, look at these two articles for help. If that doesn't fix the issue, then make an appointment at the Genius Bar to have your camera issue

diagnosed.

I am so tired of Apple's non response to a problem affecting thousands. IOS 17.1 trashed Face ID especially iPhone 13 Pro users and lesser model numbers. Thousands have tried resetting, cleaning screens, removing protection screens on and on. No response form Apple. Those that have visited "Genius" bars land up with hefty repair quotes for something that was caused by Apple. It's the click keyboard scenario all over again. No response other that buy another iPhone or comments of we are not aware of any issues. I have tried everything and am now on IOS 17.5 beta. Apple make trillions of dollars but can't run a proper support organization.

What are you trying to use it for? Apple? A third party site? Verifying a task can go though?


Logging in my Apple ID on my phone, it is working just fine. But my Mac is having its own issues of logging in. Go into Terminal and use this command: Time


I can see that the timezone is off by a few? My time was military, and the time zone is off by one hour. The time zone is correct, but the hour is one hour off, as if I am one time zone back. My time on my Finder Menu is correct, however.
