I recently flew from Canada to India. My phone was working fine there including my WiFi & cellular but ever since I got here, the cellular is not working I can make and receive calls, but the phone refuses to use WiFi for the internet. I have tried connecting to 3 different WiFi's and hotspot but nothing seems to work. I tried erasing network settings and restarting the phone.
Do you happen to use a VPN app? If you do then delete the VPN app and stop using VPN.

Google One was using the VPN which I deleted and it worked, so thank you for that. But out of curiosity what’s the reasoning behind it?

VPNs mask the IP address of your device and at times use a different DNS address then what is provided by your Wi-Fi service. At times, one or both of the above changes get in the way of data throughput and security setup with your Wi-Fi service.
By the way, a VPN service really doesn’t protect your privacy. It just masks your IP address and it still can be traced back.
