We have two Ipads that are worth the same for trade in. When I placed order number W1332773685 I used the serial number from the one my husband wants to keep. Can I send in the other Ipad instead?

I wouldn't do that either; for send ins, Apple uses third party companies and they will expect the original serial number. Or, you can start the process over again, but you will likely wind up with a gift card for future purchases rather than a reduction of your invoice.
