Problems with AirPods Pro manufatured in January 2

My AirPods Pro makes cracking noises and the noise reduction doesn’t work!

Fabrication date is 02.02.2021 but the Apple Service Program for Sound Issues supports only the AirPods Pro fabrication date October 2020 and earlier?!

I think that this program has to change the policy and treat this fabrication failure also for AirPods Pro build in the beginning of 2021 having this issues!!!

Is not honest that the consumers paid so much money for a product witch is known that may contain a fabrication failure!

All the owners who experienced the same problem, please let me know and let’s take action against Apple!
