I selected Double Sided printing on my Pages Doc and it is only printing singe sided. This just started occurring and all of my software is updated on my MacBook Pro. My printer driver on my Epson-3760 is also updated.

The print driver and associated Print panel, not Pages is responsible for delivering duplex printing instructions to your printer.
When you updated that Epson 3760 printer driver, was it explicitly for macOS Sonoma and released after Sept 2023? Did you Reset the print system by removing the System Setting : Printers & Scanners : Printers listing for the 3760 and then readding the device using the newly installed drivers?
