Iphone Repair issue

I hope everything is fine.
I have raised a complaint regarding my 4 months old Iphone on Saturday 9th December 2023, Problem is that, all of the sudden power button was not working so I visited the apple service center Unicorn Infosolutions Pvt Ltd DLF Cyber City Gurugram India. When initially one of the assistant diagnose the phone so he said you have to submit the phone for further diagnosis and we have to sent your phone to Bangalore service center so I said, I need to backup my phone on iCloud first then backed up to itunes, after that I restart the phone through Siri so phone not started and stuck on Itunes logo. They submit the phone and said to me, we will update the same, In today morning I have received Leave the call from service center they directly said we have identity the internal damage so you have to pay Rs 80000 INR then I asked to her, why I bear the cost of it they did not reply. Then I rushed to service center again then they said you have to deposit the Rs 67000INR then we will replace the phone. I have asked again, what is the actual problem in my phone. They said it's a internal policy we cannot share with me. I don't know what's the problem. They denied to do anything then I connect with Apple Support and told whole story but no resolution on it. Pls help me for this case. Without any external damage or liquid damage why should I bear the phone replacement cost.
