iPhone 15 is frozen

My iPhone 15 is showing a notification and the screen is frozen. I cannot restart my phone or move to a different screen. How should I proceed?

I have tried turning off my phone using the methods provided by the Apple website but it doesn't work.

iPhone 15 Plus, iOS 17

Try a forced restart again, but first take off any case. Then:

Press and very quickly release the volume up button. > Immediately press and very quickly release by the volume down button > Immediately press and hold down the side button and keep holding the side button until the Apple logo appears, release the side button.
