i have only recently bought the 2023 MacBook pro so I'm still using the original charger. i have issues where the charger doesn't always connect. i have used multiple different outlets and it does the same thing. then randomly it will start charging. its quite tempermental and makes it a tad unreliable. does anyone know how to fix this?

Yes and they're called Apple. If you think there is a problem with your newly bought equipment take it to an Apple Store or authorised reseller for inspection and repair/replacement. You may need your sales receipt.
Take in the charger and your Mac - there may be a problem with either.
