Safari browser scaling issues on YouTube

Good day, I have been experiencing some problems when playing YouTube videos. When I open a clip it will be cramped up in the corner of as show in the image attached. I am on macOS Ventura version 13.6.3 and I also experienced this issue with the previous version. This also happens when I move of full screen to normal view vice versa. So is there anyone else experiencing the same? I use the 2017 IMac
