Comcast email won’t load folders
I recently changed my Xfinity / Comcast email password and had to uninstall my email from my phone and reinstall it. Ever since I reinstalled my email, my sub folders in my email will not appear.
The folders appear in my email when I access it using Xfinity’s website, and Xfinity uses IMAP email so I know they should appear.
When I log into my email, the incoming mail server said “mail.comcast.net.” I even tried changing it to imap.comcast.net and that didn’t help either.
I have restarted my phone, deleted and readded my email (multiple times), and have also checked the arrows to make sure they’re pointing down for the folders.
Nothing has worked and I’m extremely frustrated. I have an iPhone 14 Pro and I’m running on iOS 17.2.
