What is this? It shows up on the watch every time I wake my phone now.

Same thing just happened to me and although it stopped it wasn’t the first time but now I want to know what the heck this means please!

My phone does this randomly. Not often but will just happen from time to time. Why?

It’s still happening. Watch is 10.5 and the Ultra 8.
My concern is that someone tried to pair with my watch while I was out in a public place. Not too happy about my watch somehow connecting with another device without my permission.
turn off airdrop and it stopped for....now
it is like air play or share or something like that. it shares my info with another apple device, mine or my friends.
No. I had This happen to my Apple Watch 7 and iPhone 15 and I do NOT have more than one watch. So that absolutely isn’t why
This seems to happen when you bring any two Apple products together, it happens if I touch my phone to my watch. Ive also tested it with my phone against my husbands phone and that works too
