Complwte day is waiting all my business calls are suffering what kind of update is this ?
Can’t connect to my cellular provider. No VPN client installed. I have a 13 mini. My wife has a 13 Pro. Powering the Mini off/on recovers the ability to connect to the cellular provider. The 13 Pro is unaffected - it has never happened to her. Both devices on 17.2.1
This seems to happen after connecting with Bluetooth to a device (CarPlay). She never uses CarPlay. Working the reproduction steps
Since I updated my phone, all phone calls are being sent to voicemail immediately. The phone will light up like a call is coming in and hang up. This has happened to every call that I have received since the update. I have done a hard reset around 10 times trying to get the phone to start working. I’ve also reset the network connection several times. Is there something I can do?
LONNIE bless your soul. Honestly. You are a savior. 2 months with this issue, countless hours with T-Mobile and apple, 2 phones later and I finally stumble upon your post with the same issue. Man seriously you have no idea how much this helped me!
Did you ever get this resolved without paying the 400? Not the same issue but apple wants 699 and loss of phone for 9 days to repair a phone just over 1 year old that was, like yours working just fine until update. I can’t even see screen to revert back to previous version.
To all of you who are being told you need to pay Apple hundreds of dollars to fix your phone that the update broke - see my posts on how I got them to give me a free phone - 12Pro, not under warranty.
Me too and you’d think they’d be more cautious since they’ve already been sued for forced obsolescence through updates already. They aren’t new to this they know how to make a clean update… it’s Apple…
After updating my iPhone to the 17.2.1, I’ve had endless problems. Went to Apple, they found no problem. They wanted to reset my phone. Then, they sent us to Verizon. They switched out my SIM for an eSIM. Still having problem. Called Verizon customer service. They sent me a new phone. Updated automatically. Same problem. No one can hear me. I may as well not have a phone. When is the fix coming? I can’t stand this!?!
Apple replaced my iPhone Twice after update. Can’t talk on speaker or on blue-tooth. Brand new iPhone 13’s. Beyond frustrated. No one will help anymore. On my way to buy an iPhone 15. If it doesn’t work, I’ll return it and buy an android. I’m giving up!
I wished they would of done it. My sons phone got messed up after updating to the latest version 17.4.1 went to Apple Store and they can’t do anything. I have to pay $600 if I want my sons phone fixed. I don’t think it’s fair that I have to pay when the phone was working perfectly fine before the update.
Apple servers are working, according to Apple - Support - System Status. And have been working for at least 24 hours, because the Status screen shows outages that have been resolved for 24 hours.
I’m having the same problem. Verizon has changed my card twice and have said it’s an Apple problem. Then apple says it’s a Verizon issue
