Time Machine not connecting to Airport Time Capsule

I had been successfully backing up to my Airport Time Capsule via Time Machine backup for many months. My Macbook air can no longer connect to the time machine. It is constantly saying "Connecting to backup disk" but has not backed up for the past 1 month. I am running MacOS Ventura 13.3.1

I tried "forgetting" the location and then "re-adding" it per another post's suggestion, but it is still not connecting.

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 13.3
