No longer able to type the degree symbol

I have a Keychron K4 keyboard I use with my M1 Mac mini and suddenly I am no longer able to type the degree symbol using the (shift-opt-8) shortcut. The keyboard is set to Mac OS and it used to work, but no longer does. It only types the number 8 when I try to use the shortcut. I use this symbol often and would like to figure out what happened. Anyone ever have this issue?

Yes, you are correct.

I tried the path you suggested and I get to keyboard and underneath that is listed Input Sources. I don't see any edit option. And I tried to take a screenshot to show you what I got but I was unable to do that as well. SMH

There are two boxes to check. The first one says: Select the previous input source. The second: Select next source in input menu
