Apple watch is not water resistant or proof
I bought apple watch series 8 January 2023 and in less than a year, i went to swim on 17 Dec 2023 for 15 mins in a shallow pool without diving, i was just doing some laps after 5 or 6 laps the watch stopped working and it never turned on again. To my surprise that when I contacted apple support, they booked an appointment at Apple white city UK and their response was water damage is out of apple’s warranty. Apple doesn’t cover any water damage, all this advertisements are fake and swimming features are not real. Apple watch is not for swimming or water. I am so disappointed that i lost an expensive watch cause I was trust this brand but i lost this trust and I lost my expensive watch too. I won’t buy apple watch again cause I lost apple trust already
